ABOUT:

Thank you for stopping by Sewbiz Custom Embroidery! I have been operating my own full time embroidery shop since 2008.  All Items in my shop are custom and it is my goal to put your ideas into stitch so it will be "your" one-of-a-kind!  

PAYMENT:

 For your convenience I can accept your credit card through our secure shopping cart or you can use your Paypal account.  If you live in Illinois , taxes will apply!

ORDER PROCESSING:

I will contact you as quickly as possible following your purchase via email with a rough design proof to show you how the design will look.  You will be able to suggest changes at this time.  When ordering please be as specific as possible about colors and design choice ideas so that we can expidite the designing process.  
Most items ship in 1-3 weeks following the approval of your design. 

Refund Policy: 

Because my items are custom made, all sales are final unless I made a mistake.  Please notify me within 24 hours to report a problem.  

*Please note:  I will send a proof of your design via email prior to stitching the item.  You will need to carefully proof read for accuracy prior to giving me the okay to stitch.  If you tell me that it is correct and later learn that there is a mistake, I cannot issue a refund or stitch a new item unless you decide to purchase another.  

 

Misc: 

If you have a specific theme or design that you want to have stitched, please contact me.  I am a digitizer and can often create a design to perfectly match your theme.  Have fun...
